The Melt, is an original acrylic painting consisting of two canvases. One canvas measures 48"x30" and the second meausures 18"x18", each with a 1.5" depth. When the smaller canvas is placed atop of the larger canvas, they form The Melt.
This piece is part of the Progressive Regression collection and questions the dynamics of love, dependency, and the boundaries between individuality and togetherness within a relationship.
Fluorescent pinks used are black light reactive allowing for unique visual experiences under different lighting.
