1. Shipping Times

• Original Media Featured on the Website: The original media featured on our website will typically be shipped within 5 to 7 business days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. We take great care in packaging and shipping these unique pieces of art. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

2. Commissioned Artwork

• Commissioned Artwork: For commissioned artwork, shipping times may vary based on the complexity of the work and the Artist's current queue. The estimated shipping time for commissioned art will be clearly stated in the commissioned art contract. This estimated time takes into account the creation process and any other factors that may affect the completion of your custom artwork.

  • Queue for Commissioned Work: Please note that the shipping time for commissioned artwork also depends on where the Purchaser falls in the queue for commissioned work. We process commissions on a first-come, first-served basis. Your place in the queue will be determined by the date the commission agreement is finalized and any initial payments are made.

3. Packaging

We take pride in packaging your artwork with the utmost care to prevent any damage during transit. Original works will be securely packaged, and prints will be rolled and packaged in sturdy tubes to maintain their quality.

4. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable shipping carriers to deliver your orders safely. 

5. International Shipping

We are currently shipping to the United States, Canada, and Mexico.  Please note that international shipping times may vary, and additional customs fees or taxes may apply. We recommend reviewing your country's customs policies for more information.  This section will be updated as we offer shipping to additional countries and international markets. 

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your shipment.
